  • To consolidate documents as per goods type, weight & destination code mentioned in work instructions
  • Track & trace shipments post departure and reporting it to client.
  • Releasing shipments from system and sending pre-alerts to the respective front office.
  • Preparing daily performance and reporting it to process manager

March 2012 to July 2014:

Convergys (Optus): Technical Support/CSR:

  • Assisting customers with steps to troubleshoot optic fiber net cable connections on call, activating new modems on call.
  • Resolving billing queries, explaining various billing plans and new services (Dish TV) upgrading the plan as per requirement.
  • Helping customers set up Dish TV.
  • Boooking a technician if techinical problem is not resolved.

May 2010 to Feb 2012

Kreative Hospitality: Store Supervisor:

  • Taking care of restaurant operations, working with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
  • Working with kitchen staff to design menu ever day.
  • Preparing daily stock out report and evaluate it with the current stock to minimize pilferage.
  • Manage repairs & general running of the store.
  • Manage the restaurant floor, ensuring every customer is served in a timely manner.
  • Attend to difficult customers/ customer complaints and work out a fair solution.
